Top-quality volumetric fillers for a variety of industries

When you incorporate quality volumetric fillers into your food-filling production line, you will see three main benefits: increased speed, reduced costs, and greater ease of use. However, there is one other advantage: extreme versatility. A great volumetric filler can be employed across a broad array of industries to fill an astonishing range of products. The same flexibility that makes this technology in demand across many industries can also benefit a single company with many products.

Versatile volumetric fillers for multiple products

Multi-Fill’s three volumetric filler models can dose and distribute almost any food product. Whether your company supplies a wide-ranging menu of ready-made meals or focuses on one or two specific products, one of our machines will offer you the solution you need. The products that can be dispensed with our machines include the following:

  • Vegetables

The MPFSH-075 fills 60-75 containers per minute and is designed for automated operation where looser products and slower speeds are desirable. Finally, the MPFSC-120 delivers difficult-to-dispense products at high speed - filling as many as 120 containers per minute. Each of these machines can be integrated into existing systems and customized to suit your specific needs.

Food packaging plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of the food we consume. To maintain high standards and prevent foodborne illnesses, the food packaging industry follows a set of regulations known as Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). In this article, we will delve into cGMP and explore its impact on preventing foodborne illness. We will also take an inside look at how cGMP is implemented on a food factory line, the role of food filling equipment in ensuring compliance, and discuss the future of cGMP in food packaging for strengthening food safety.
