Multi-Fill has been producing machines for nearly 40 years, many of them are still in service around the world. We provide service and technical help for any of our machines, no matter the date of maufacture. We also provide technical assistance in marrying our technology with other solutions, such as conveyors, lifters, vertical baggers, and so on.
We are experts on our machines, however our technicians can provide a basic level of service on most other food factory machines.
You can send us your product for testing in our Utah, USA based test facility, or we can arrange a test at your facility. You can request a test by emailing info@multi-fill.com or by reaching out through our contact form.
Our technicians are based in Utah, USA. We respond to requests for service as they are received. Requests received outside of business hours will receive a response the following business day. We can resolve many problems over the phone or with a video chat, but we can dispatch a technician to your site quickly if necessary.
Our main pilot plant is located in Utah, USA. We have an alternate facility in Northern France.
Our most important service is optimizing your machine to work with your existing line. All machines require adjustment over time, by keeping your machines tuned you will continue to experience the highest level of production quality.
Yes! We provide on-site training for equipment operators for both new sales and for existing equipment.
Yes. All of our machines are designed to be as sanitary and simple to clean as possible. All of our surfaces are designed with a pitch to shed water and prevent pooling. We also include full washdown instructions with every machine.

The speed of our machines varies by model, layout, product to be filled, and container type. Using a distribution system, and whether it a stop start or continuous line are other important factors. Some foods we can fill up to 120 containers per minute.
We have designed our machines to be torn down for cleaning with no tools whatever. Assembly and disassembly is done with quick connections and hand tightening. The entire process takes only a few minutes.
Yes! Our machines are designed to be plug and play, meaning they can integrate well into virtually all existing lines. We manufacture them to fit your space and work within your existing systems.
All of our machines are designed for ease of use and minmal training. Assembly and disassembly procedures do not require any tools whatsoever. Our machines use quick connections and hand tightening to set up and tear down.
Our machines are fully customizable, and are designed to work with all major conveyor systems. During the engineering step of our process, we build customizations into our machine to ensure it works well with your existing equipment.
We work closely with your manufacturing team throughout our entire process. From engineering, to production, to installation, the process can take from 4 to 8 months.
